The 2026 Wage Equity Impact Award Application is open!
These awards recognize employers who are taking steps, big or small, to close gender and racial wage gaps within their organizations.
All Compact Signers are eligible to apply for an award. If your organization has tested an idea, implemented a policy, or learned something along the way, we would love to hear about it!
Share what you tried, how you put it into practice, and the results you’re seeing. Whether your initiative is at its early stage or well established, sharing your experience can help move progress forward for all Compact Signers.
Applications are open now until April 30, 2026. Winners will be announced in early May.

Our 2024 Wage Equity Impact Award Recipients went above and beyond to support their employees and close the gender and racial wage gaps in their organizations.
