2026 Wage Equity Impact Awards
Celebrating Progress Towards Closing Wage Gaps
June 10, 2026 | 8:30–10:30 am ET | 665 Commonwealth Ave | Room 1750 (17th Floor)
Calling all Compact Signers! Join the Boston Women’s Workforce Council as we announce the 2026 Wage Equity Impact Award winners and celebrate their work towards closing gender and racial wage gaps.
The Wage Equity Impact Award winners reflect a strong commitment to learning and action on their path toward becoming more equitable employers. They have tested and implemented initiatives to improve equity and will offer practical examples that our member organizations can learn from and build upon.
Join us in person on June 10th at the Boston University Duan Family Center for Computing & Data Sciences, Room 1750 (17th Floor), to hear directly from this year’s awardees. Winners will join The Boston Globe journalist Katie Johnston for a conversation about their work, what they’ve tried, and the progress they’re seeing.
Doors open for breakfast and networking at 8:30 am. The speaking program begins at 9 am.
This event is free for all 100% Talent Compact Signer employees. Space is limited, so please register early to attend.
Please note this event is open only to 100% Talent Compact Signer members. If you are a prospective signer and would like to learn more, please email us at team@thebwwc.org.
2024 Wage Equity Impact Awards
Our 2024 Wage Equity Impact Award Recipients went above and beyond to support their employees and close the gender and racial wage gaps in their organizations. They showed their commitment to the 100% Talent Compact and demonstrated how to reimagine a new workplace in pursuit of eliminating long-standing gender inequities.
We are excited to share case studies on each initiative, detailing their bold actions. We hope they serve as inspiration for how you can implement similar initiatives at your organizations while striving to create an equitable workplace for all workers.
