Their COVID-19 response, through the WE@Liberty Women + Allies ERG, focused on employee self-care and wellbeing. They offered a time code that employees could use instead of flexible time off, as well as wellness events that were attended by more than 12,000 employees. Read More.

Dr. Miriam Bredella addressed a key issue around gender equity in academic medicine: the lack of women participating in promotion-critical activities such as international presentations, visiting professorships, and Grand Rounds.
