Reading Resources for Black Women's Equal Pay Day 2022

In recognition of Black Women’s Equal Pay Day, the BWWC team is committed to raising awareness about the wage gap experienced by Black/ African American Women. According to the BWWC 2021 Wage Gap Data, Black/African American women earn 49¢ for every dollar a white man makes, one of the largest wage gaps in Greater Boston.
