Liz has spent 9 years at C Space, working in People and HR roles in their offices in London, San Francisco, and Boston. She is a member of the US Leadership Team and has led on all US compensation - including performance, pay reviews, and promotions for the business, since the start of 2020. Pay Equity is an important part of C Space’s wider work and goals to increase and support diversity, equity, and inclusion across their global business. These are also personal passions for Liz – across pay and the whole employee experience.
