Edward Greene

Edward E. Greene is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Iron Mountain. In this role, Edward plays a significant role in the company's overall performance, leading a business-driven people strategy promoting organizational effectiveness, and elevating team performance through inclusion, equity, diversity, and active talent management. 

As the leader of Iron Mountain’s Human Resources team, Edward works to help Iron Mountain unite, develop, and care for its employees - enabling them to do the best work of their professional lives. He is evolving Iron Mountain’s approach to engagement and talent management with programs highlighting the skills and capabilities that employees will need to drive Iron Mountain’s strategic transformational journey. Further, Edward fosters a culture that is welcoming and inclusive, and one that plays together to win.

A 30-year veteran of Human Resources, Edward brings extensive experience leading organizational transformations, talent and leadership development, dynamic workforce planning, compensation and benefits strategies, and driving large-scale growth. Prior to Iron Mountain, Edward was the CHRO at FactSet Research Systems. Previously he served as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Retirement Solutions, Operations and Information Technology at Voya Financial and spent 13 years at Fidelity Investments in senior human resources and client-facing relationship management roles.

Edward serves as the president of the board of trustees for the Museum of Fine Arts Boston and sits on the steering committee of the Black Trustees Alliance of Art Museums. In addition, he also serves on the board of trustees of Eastern Bank. Edward is a graduate of Tufts University and University of Virginia Law School.
