Employer Wage Gap Calculator
The BWWC, in conjunction with the Boston Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement (MOWA), created this easy-to-use, confidential tool to help you examine your organization's salary data to determine whether gender and racial wage gaps exist.
We encourage you to do the calculations, benchmark any wage gaps against those found by the BWWC, and, most importantly, consider joining the 100% Talent Compact to become part of the solution.
