LGBTQIA+ resources for employers
We are proud to play a leading role in advancing inclusivity in reporting gender and racial wage gaps by adding nonbinary as an alternative gender category. We recognize, however, that the addition of nonbinary is only the first step towards a more gender-inclusive data collection effort and does not reflect all members of the LGBTQIA+ communities. To that end, we are committed to continuously improving our reporting to address the historical lack of data on LGBTQIA+ workers that has made it difficult to quantify the depth of economic inequities.
