Interventions Reports

As part of our commitment to facilitating the sharing of best practices to eliminate the wage gap and achieve pay equity in Boston, we publish effective interventions reports for our 100% Talent Compact Signer community. Our 2022 Annual Report highlights the vital work 100% Talent Compact Signers are doing to address barriers to advancement identified at their organizations. We hope the report increases the sharing of best practices and helps identify ideas your organization could try in your fight for pay equity.

2020

Interventions That Work

Our 2020 Report features workplace interventions proven to decrease gender and racial wage gap inequities. It highlights actions that employers can take today to eliminate the gender and racial wage gaps, especially in light of the challenges COVID-19 has added to the lives of working women.

2013

2013 Closing the Wage Gap Report

In 2013, the BWWC published the Boston: Closing the Wage Gap Report, which includes 33 research-tested interventions employers can use to close the wage gap.
