Manjit is a Senior Director in the Integrated and Global Services team at WTW. In this position, she collaborates with global colleagues to deliver integrated solutions and services addressing issues vital to organizations' benefits and total rewards.

Manjit leads complex client projects and manages assignments for multinational companies from retirement, benefit aspects of mergers & acquisitions, well-being and strategy, diversity and inclusion, global brokerage, and a multitude of other global benefits services

She is passionate about supporting employers advance their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments, offering fair benefits and evaluating programs that improve financial resilience and ultimately achieve equitable career outcomes.

With her passion for career wealth equity for diverse workforces, Manjit has researched an overlooked and under-researched aspect of gender inequity: gender wealth equity. She recently led a collaboration with the World Economic Forum and WTW on a research piece relating to gender-based wealth equity. In July 2022, the insights were jointly released in WEF's Global Gender Gap Report 2022, along with articles released with WEF on Initial findings, Gender Wealth Equity can be achieved, and Forbes (reproduced here).
