The Boston Women's Workforce Council (BWWC), in conjunction with the Boston Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement (MOWA), has created an easy-to-use tool to help you do the math.
After calculating your wage gaps, we encourage you to benchmark them against the BWWC 2021 Gender and Racial Wage Gap Measurement Results to compare to Greater Boston employers who have signed the 100% Talent Compact.
