BWWC Staff
Kim Borman (She/Her)
Executive DirectorKim brings over 25 years of expertise in private sector management, marketing and operations and a wide variety of experience in building and sustaining nonprofit organizations. She has held senior executive positions at a variety of top Boston advertising agencies as well as owned and managed her own agency, Avenue Brand, in Boston’s South End for several years. Throughout her career, Kim has been committed to equal pay for equal work and has the battle scars to prove it.
Kim also has many years of nonprofit engagement at organizations like Planned Parenthood, The Social Innovation Forum and The Rian Immigrant Center, where she currently sits as Board Chair.
A graduate of Brown University and the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern, Kim recently earned her Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.
Hannah Mckinney (She/Her)
Director of Strategic EngagementHannah brings a decade of experience leading research and equity initiatives to the BWWC. Most recently, as Project Director at BU’s People, Organizations, and Power Lab, she designed large-scale studies focused on closing workplace opportunity gaps with Fortune 500 companies. She has also worked in a number of mission-driven startups and global nonprofits to build inclusive systems in areas ranging from international women's rights to juvenile justice. She is deeply committed to using data-driven, collaborative approaches to advance wage equity in Boston and beyond.
Hannah holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School, where she focused on the gender wage gap and women’s economic empowerment, and a B.A. in American Studies from Cornell University. Outside of work, she’s a voracious reader, enthusiastic podcast recommender, and proud houseplant connoisseur.
Mima Ofo (She/Her)
Administrative ManagerMima Ofo (she/her) has hands-on experience leading and supporting social impact projects focused on women and youth empowerment in underserved communities across Nigeria. She holds a Masters in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence from the Heller School at Brandeis University, where she deepened her interest in alternative dispute resolution and negotiation strategies.
She thrives in environments that foster dialogue, creativity, and collaboration, and is particularly drawn to work that centers women’s voices and dismantles systemic barriers to opportunity.
When she's not working, Mima enjoys crossword puzzles, reading books on politics and history, and volunteering.
Ken Rudolph (He/Him)
Marketing Communications SpecialistKen joined the BWWC team in the beginning of 2025 after previously working for the Hariri Institute, which houses the BWWC. He holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and a master’s degree in Advertising from Boston University.
Roxanne Dubash (She/Her)
Communications AssistantRoxanne is a rising senior at Boston University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business on the Pre-Law Track. She has experience across both the private and nonprofit sectors, with a background in social media, marketing, and community engagement. Passionate about advancing equity in the workplace, Roxanne is committed to supporting initiatives that create greater opportunities for women and foster more inclusive professional environments.
Outside of work, she is an avid music lover, DJ, concert enthusiast, and traveler who is always seeking her next adventure.
