The Boston Women’s Workforce Council (BWWC) had the opportunity to catch up with our Effective Practice Conference panelist Manjit Basi, Senior Director, Integrated & Global Solutions at WTW and contributor for the World Economic Forum’s 2022 Global Gender Wealth Equity Report, to continue the dialogue on the connections between the gender wage and wealth gap.
