Khyati Kadakia Satra joined State Street in 2020 and is a Vice President in the Executive Compensation function in Global Human Resources. Prior to that she served as a Vice President with Pearl Meyer & Partners, a compensation consulting firm. She has over 14 years of human resource experience focusing on compensation including executive compensation. Her areas of expertise include executive compensation design and administration, board compensation, customization of incentive programs to shifting strategic priorities and business stage, and 280G assessments.  In working with Pearl Meyer, She specialized in working with small and large multinational firms across various industries, including private and pre-IPO companies. Ms. Kadakia holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Temple University and a Bachelors of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.
