Kate Deane

Kate is an accomplished Total Rewards Leader with more than two decades of experience shaping employee compensation, benefits, and broader total rewards strategies for organizations across multiple industries. 

Kate currently serves as Compensation Lead at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, where she oversees strategic compensation initiatives focused on advancing talent practices and the company’s total rewards philosophy. Previously, Kate spent more than a decade at The Hanover Insurance Group, leading employee compensation and benefits strategy.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Science from Framingham State University. She lives in Central Massachusetts and is the proud mother of two daughters.
