Resources for Native Women's Equal Pay Day 2022

According to national census data, due to gender and racial pay discrimination, occupational segregation, and unequal professional leadership opportunities, Native women have to work twice as long to catch up with white men’s average earnings. On Native Women’s Equal Pay Day, the BWWC joined the Equal Rights Advocates to raise awareness of workplace inequities experienced by Native women.
