The BWWC Welcomes New Council Members

Our Council serves as an advisory board of 100% Talent Compact Signer Boston business and nonprofit leaders, who work every day to ensure pathways for advancement are equitable for all. Their expertise is vital to our organization’s strategy and the resources we share with the 100% Talent Compact Signer community. 

We are thrilled to welcome five new members to our council this year: 

  • Jackson Davis, Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion | MassMutual

  • Audrey Epstein Reny, Co-CEO | The Abbey Group 

  • Ellen Mann, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources | Arbella Insurance Group 

  • Ian Matthew-Clayton, Vice President and Chief Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Officer | Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

  • Eneida Román, Co-Founder, Amplify Latinx  | Principal | Roman Law

Jackson Davis, Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion | MassMutual

Before joining MassMutual, Jackson was the global director of DEI for Meta/Facebook. As a DEI veteran, he had also previously served as global head of inclusion, diversity, and belonging at Royal Caribbean, head of diversity and inclusion at CSS, director of diversity and inclusion at ESPN, and served in DEI leadership roles at other leading brands. His focus on collaboration and innovative approach to solving problems have helped him and the teams he has led pioneer DEI efforts in various ways, including developing and implementing strategies and policies, introducing benchmark-based metrics, and more.

Audrey Epstein Reny, Co-CEO | The Abbey Group

With over 25 years of experience, Audrey is involved in strategic planning for The Abbey Group’s new development projects, management of the company's existing property portfolio, retail and commercial leasing, public and community relations, and marketing strategy development and implementation. Prior to The Abbey Group, Audrey taught at Northeastern University and worked for Bain & Company, American Express, and Johnson & Johnson. Audrey has served on the Boards of Horizons for Homeless Children, Boston Ballet, and Mass General Hospital for Children.

Ellen Mann, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources | Arbella Insurance Group

As the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Arbella, Ellen oversees the people strategy and management of the Human Resources function, which includes talent acquisition and development, employee retention programs, compensation and benefits, total rewards, payroll, and HRIS. Additionally, she leads and sustains Arbella’s distinguished people-first culture and values, including diversity and inclusion, which are critical to the company’s success. Wellness and well-being are at the core of Arbella’s value system, and she oversees the employee assistance program, onsite nurse, and fitness center. Ellen has worked to build a world-class human resources organization that has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by the Boston Business Journal for fourteen consecutive years.

Ian Matthew-Clayton, Vice President and Chief Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Officer | Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

At Dana-Farber, Ian leads the implementation of a multi-year ID&E strategy and plan, developing programs, policies, and practices that foster an environment of inclusion and equity and supports the attraction, development, and retainment of a diverse workforce. He plays a central role in making significant improvements across four priority areas, including addressing cancer disparities in research, improving access to care and equitable outcomes, investing in our community to support healthy lives for all, and enhancing access to careers and advancement.

Eneida Román, Co-Founder, Amplify Latinx | Principal, Roman Law

A nationally recognized leader, Eneida is a trained attorney and organizational psychologist, and for two decades, she has used her expertise in law, conflict resolution and cultural competence to advise her clients. Eneida is the Founder of Roman Law; a Boston-based boutique law firm focused on small business, real estate, and estate law. She is known as a catalytic pacesetter and a purpose-driven champion of advancing women and Latinos.
